Exterior and The Grounds

Nestled amongst 100+ year old trees. Note the black iron Victorian fencing in the front of the home.

Font of home. Brand new paint job and brand new roof.
The detail in the paint work is a sight to see!
West side of home. The historic Carriage Path was uncovered during a complete professional landscaping job. We outlined the Carriage Path around the entire home with railroad ties on either side of it.
Back of home.
Back.
East side of home.
East entrance. This entrance sits in between the 4-car detached garage and is probably the one that gets the most use. Note the detail work in the pillars. Very characteristic of Victorians homes.
Pavers laid during landscaping job to create a large walkway into home.
East side.  Lots of details in the landscaping around the home.
4-car detached garage. This side is a 2-car door facing the home. Note the copper mustang on top of the garage.
2 single-bay doors face the south side of the property.
One of two large gardens.
Complete with it's own hose spigot!
Firepit and walking path to the second garden...
…2nd garden bed in foreground, lawn and in-ground trampoline.
Lots of attention to detail in the landscaping. Again, note the railroad ties to the right outlining the Carriage Path.
West side yard.

Flower bed.

Flower bed in front of home.

In the back yard, there are two ponds, with a land bridge in the middle, taking you to the back acreage, which is entirely enclosed with electric fencing. This is the west pond.
East pond.
Land bridge in the middle.
